Overview
The Alverno Client Community allows our clients to submit Test Add Requests and Cancel Test. Based on your valuable feedback, we have made several enhancements to this service allowing additional capabilities and a more robust user experience. The new design will go-live on Monday, February 19th, 2024.
Below are some of the changes you can expect to see when you log in after the go-live:
Redesign of the Home Page
- In addition to adding tests and viewing our test directory, users can now request a patient report and see a history of their requests - all without the need for a phone call.
Create Test Add On
- The form to create a Test Add has a new layout. Please note that the Account Name field is now a look-up field. By
entering a name or partial name, a list of values will be visible allowing you to select the correct account. This will ensure your orders are placed on the account you select. If you do not have an account with Alverno, use the "Client Community" account which is searchable. - The account number is no longer required. Since the account name is automatically mapped to the account number, this is one less step for the user.
Request A Patient Report
- This is a new feature that was created based on your valuable suggestions!
- Complete the form and the patient report will be faxed to the number indicated - usually within a few hours of receipt.
- There is help text on certain fields to guide you with what information is needed.
My Case History
- My Case History is a new feature that will display your successfully submitted requests. This will allow the user to quickly review their items along with the status of their request.
